Yes. Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current paid period, and you keep Plus features until then. On the website you cancel in your account settings; a subscription bought in the iOS or Android app is cancelled in your App Store or Google Play subscription settings.

Rooms stay. If the room was lifted to 50 users by your Plus membership, it reverts to the 5-user cap after a 1-hour grace period, trimming the most-recently-joined members first. Your own membership in any room is never affected.

For purchases on the website: an accidental renewal is refunded in full if you contact us within 7 days of the charge, and a yearly plan can be refunded within 14 days of purchase or renewal. Duplicate charges and charges after you cancelled are always refunded. In the EU you can also withdraw within 14 days of your first purchase, and an unused Movie Night Pass is refundable within 14 days. Purchases made in the iOS or Android app are refunded by Apple or Google. Cancelling during the trial never results in a charge. Full details are in our refund policy.
